Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational energy company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
                                        
Customer Operations & Service Officer (French speaking) 
(Marousi) 
Job Description
•    Receives, processes and follows-up customers’ orders
•    Manages customers and suppliers claims and passes them to the COS Team Leader if required 
•    Contributes to build up and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction 
•    Monitors the stocks daily and handle the replenishment of stocks to ensure product availability with validation of management 
•    Assists the Regional Customer Operations & Services Manager (RCSM) to forecast the needs of finished products on historical data and locally contracted customers
•    Assists in the creation and update of the customers data in Customer Form if requested by the Team Leader or RCOSM 
•    Processes customers invoices in the concerned zone in line with the defined KPIs 
•    Controls and/or processes suppliers’ invoices in the zone depending on countries
•    Assists in the creation and updates of the customers data in Customer Form if requested by the Team Leader or RCOSM 
•    Acts in accordance with local legislations, Group ethic rules and safety / quality specification

Candidate Profile
•    University Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline
•    2 years of working experience in customer service roles or/and Logistics is an asset 
•    Fluency in English & good level in French 
•    Computer Literate (MS office) 
•    Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
•    Strong interpersonal & communication skills
•    Multitasking and persistence to strict deadlines 
•    Ability to work in international and multicultural environment
•    Knowledge of the Marine Lubricants is a plus
