Job description
The Analyst is responsible for carrying out the KYC analysis on potential new relationships with Financial Institutions (i.e. Banks, Brokers), recurring reviews and event driven reviews.
This activity includes:
• Ensuring completeness of the information provided by the Relationship Manager
• Conducting additional research for information in available tools and public sources
• Informing the RM about additional information or documentation required
• Verifying the true and correct nature of information provided
• Performing required screening of the Counterparty and its related parties
• Analyzing data and escalating identified risks
• Completing the KYC file of the Counterparty
• Registration and update of the Counterparty / Customer database
• Producing relevant ad-hoc reporting
Candidate profile
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Previous experience is an advantage, especially in the Financial Institutions sector
• Experience in researching and conducting data investigation
• Fluency in Greek & English, written & oral
• Computer literacy (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality standards
