Membership Experience Manager
Job Description
• Communicate regularly with club member so as to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work proactively so as to secure engagement
• Ensure club members loyalty and raise acquisition rate
• Resolve all customer issues
Candidate Profile
• Five (5) years of relevant experience ideally in the hospitality sector or luxury brands
• Strong academic background
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Fully reliable and capable of keeping confidentiality of information.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Sales & customer – oriented with focus on customer excellence
• Good teamworking skills, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• PC Literate
