Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational leading pharmaceutical firm, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Customer Service Associate for Supply Chain Dept. (Fixed-term contract)
Job Description
• Manage onboarding process for wholesalers & pharmacies on the WebEDI portal
• Familiarize with all functionalities provided by portal to increase customer adherence
• Will be responsible for any update in materials (delete or create material codes) and maintain back-office information updated
• Support customers by providing a continuous service related to product availability, order status and delivery lead times
• Handle problems in the portal by placing tickets and contacting Entersoft & CEP
• Provide daily and weekly reporting on activity performed
Candidate Profile
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position, ideally in Pharma sector
• Holder of University degree
• Fluency in English
• PC skills (MS-Office applications and especially Excel)
• Communication, organization, planning and time-management skills
• Customer focus, team spirit
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
