(Thessaloniki)

Job Description
•    Investigate, plan and evaluate customers staffing needs.
•    Liaise with clients performing job analysis and determine candidate suitability.
•    Build candidates’ data base for quick and easy reference in order to be able to meet clients’ requirements and expectations.
•    Ensure efficient communication of vacancies and oversee the whole recruitment process
•    Implement company’s recruitment policies and procedures in order to attract, recruit and retain company’s associates.
•    Ensure effective implementation of company’s assessment methodologies (interviews, testing)
•    Ensure all activity and recruitment is recorded in Adecco web and company files are updated accordingly.
•    Maintain strong relationship with candidates to achieve their commitment and quick response at all times
•    Perform all the necessary actions on hiring the employees with definite and indefinite time labor contracts; follow all the necessary procedures so that the company is in compliance with existing requirements set by local labor law. Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times and associate database tracker is maintained and updated with correct information regularly.
•    Provide appropriate reporting of all recruitment activities and data.
•    Generate leads for new business development 
•    Ensure regular service visits/calls to existing clients 
•    Monitor competition activity

Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor degree 
•    One (1) - two (2) years of previous experience in a similar position 
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language 
•    PC-literate (MS-Office applications)
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    Problem solving & analysis
