Sales Operations Assistant Manager
Job Description
• Supports the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales team and assists them in all day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient operation
• Analyzes reports and communicates properly the key points to Sales teams and other functional departments
• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Coordinates cross-functional activities through reporting
• Interacts with customers in regards to maintenance of contracts or any additional information they may need
• Optimizes the company’s CRM system to ensure there is a clear and effective communication between Sales team and clients
Candidate Profile
• University degree
• Two to three (2-3) years of working experience in the services sector and/or sale back-office, preferably in a multinational environment
• Very good command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite and knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong client service mentality
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
