Workflow MIA Coordinator
Job Description
• Supports the Medical Information team in critical business activities such a translations management
• Distributes written enquiries
• Manages holiday scheduling
• Reports regular metrics (such as contact center volumes and service levels)
• Supports MIS team to deliver accurate and balanced scientific information to healthcare
professionals and patients
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree. A Bsc in Life sciences will be considered an asset
• Proven experience in call center activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Demonstrates effective customer orientation
• Demonstrates keen analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Proficiency with computer and software applications (i.e., Microsoft office)
