The job holder will join the Finance Division Capital & Regulatory Reporting team to utilise capital regulatory expertise and provide comprehensive guidance and solutions.
The team reports to the Head of Finance (CFO Function) and works closely with the Credit, Market & Operational Risk teams & Regulatory Affairs team.
Job Description
•Ensuring a good understanding of the relevant capital regulations provide technical leadership in the evolving landscape so as to drive a common understanding of where and why proposed regulations will impact the capital requirements 
•Partner closely with the Regulatory Affairs & Risk teams to support Group’s objectives & strategy
•Assist in the development and delivery of high quality bespoke capital regulatory analysis in the context of business as usual and capital planning and provide recommendations to Senior Management
•Assist in the development and delivery of high quality bespoke capital regulatory analysis in the context of Stress testing, ICAAP, NPE Plan and other regulatory and internal exercises
•Analyze and report on capital aspects of new products
Candidate Profile
•Master’s degree in Finance, Economics
•Detailed technical knowledge and practical application of Regulatory Framework, specifically Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD IV) and Capital Requirement Regulation(CRR) 
•Previous working experience at least (8) eight years in Capital composition and/or planning coming from the Consulting industry specialized in the Banking industry
•Good understanding of the balance sheet, capital instruments and capital reporting requirements  
•Broad knowledge of market risk, credit risk, operational risk and financial products 
•Knowledge and practical application of stress testing would be advantageous  
•Strong quantitative skills and genuine interest in interpretation of data
•Fluency in Greek and English language
•PC literacy (with focus in Excel and PowerPoint)
•Detail-oriented personality, proactive in every approach  with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment  
•Ability  to assess overall picture and understand key risks, with a dedicated work ethic to deliver high standards of excellence
•Ability to prioritise & manage multiple tasks
•Strong interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build networks and work across multiple divisions
