Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational Pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Business Analytics & CRM Specialist
(Marousi, Attica)
Job Description
• Manages sales related analysis (i.e. Market Data, Sales Force Performance), analyses sales force performance and provides insights to Leadership Team and Sales Teams on a regular basis
• Handles data uploading to BI tools
• Supports monthly business planning
• Provides helpdesk support to CRM users
• Conducts trainings to new CRM users and reminder sessions to the rest organization in order to assure that they understand the functionalities of the system
• Assures that the new modules of CRM are launched according to project plan
• Communicates with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Digital, ΙΤ) in order to receive various inquiries and requests
Candidate Profile
• Graduate of Business Administration/ Economics or Engineering
• One (1) to four (4) years of working experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Advanced numerical skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multitasking
• Team player
• Strong understanding of analytics & reports
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
