Spa Manager
Job Description
- Provide exceptional leadership and a positive work environment
- Overseeing all departmental functions including short- and long-term planning, as well as day-to-day operations
- Recruit, hire, and develop talented spa professionals
- Train, monitor, and coach performance of all sales and service staff
- Manage the Spa in the most efficient way, maximizing Spa occupancy and/or revenue in order to surpass budgeted objectives
- Continual development of Spa menu and wellness programs to ensure the guest experience remains fresh and relevant to Euphoria Retreat philosophy
- Develop or implement marketing promotions
Candidate Profile
- Excellent oral communication skills required.
- Positive interpersonal skills required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Fluency in English (verbal) is mandatory. A second and third language would be highly appreciated.
- Degree/Diploma in Spa/Physiotherapy or in hospitality field would be also highly appreciated.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role in a hotel operation or high-volume stand-alone outlets.
