Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a global leader in the assessment and certification of professional and language skills, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Job Description
 
  • Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team
  • Design, plan and execute global selection processes (phone screening, conducting interviews etc.)
  • Utilize the full range of talent sourcing tools – including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy
  • Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
  • Manage the approval process and offer negotiations
  • Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

 
Candidate Profile
 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field and a Master's degree in HR
  • At least 2 years of working experience in leading a team
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in full life cycle recruitment, experience in international recruitment is a prerequisite
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
