Job Description
- Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team
- Design, plan and execute global selection processes (phone screening, conducting interviews etc.)
- Utilize the full range of talent sourcing tools – including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy
- Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
- Manage the approval process and offer negotiations
- Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field and a Master's degree in HR
- At least 2 years of working experience in leading a team
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in full life cycle recruitment, experience in international recruitment is a prerequisite
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
