Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational cosmetic company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Graphic Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design and create media regarding LR’s communication towards its partners, including but not limited to newsletters and social media posts
• Conceptualize original ideas for events creating logos, social media campaigns, banners and other promotional material
• Design and update LR’s business manuals, application forms and product booklets
• Layout design for LR’s monthly product catalogue, as well as other seasonal magazines
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final.
• Manage graphic design projects and processes in a deadline-driven business environment.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Has a 3-4 years proven skill and work experience in a design agency
• Has a portfolio displaying strong design, layout and conceptual skills.
• Displays a strong use of typography.
• Understands both digital and print design in coordination with brand guidelines provided by the HQ
• Is highly skilled in design software and authoring tools, especially Adobe CC versions of Photoshop and Illustrator and InDesign (knowledge of video/animation/3D software will be considered as a huge plus).
• Is comfortable working in team-driven environment
• Understands current trends and has a commitment to keeping up with design techniques and technology.
• Has excellent organization and communication skills with fluency of the English Language (knowledge of the German Language will be considered a plus).
