Sales Team Supervisor
Job Description
• Manages daily workflow upon defining and communicating teams’ trade objectives and monitoring the Sales team performance
• Organizes teams’ effectiveness and sets priorities upon achieving the demanded productivity
• Manages its own team of Sales Representatives reinforcing healthy competition among team members and providing constructive feedback
• Maintains excellent business relations with the area of responsibility
• Achieves individual sales target
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field
• At least two (2) years of working experience in Sales or Promotion roles, preferably in a FMCG environment
• Good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
• Advanced communication skills
• Capability of working with deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
