Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international company in services industry, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
                                              
 Contracts Administration Manager
The job holder will report to the Head of Procurement and Contracts and will have two subordinates.
Job Description
•Maintains & updates final drafts of legal documents to be customized by the stakeholders
•Initiates contract’s approval process ensuring signing and receipt of all related documents
•Summarizes contract’s milestones for the quick and effective management of the contract
•Maintains contractual records such as receipt and control of all correspondence, customer 
 contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents
•Monitors transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables etc.)
•Handles legal issues –acts as liaison between the internal stakeholder-requestor and the Legal Department  (for claims, penalties, early termination, disputes)
•Ensures contract close-out, extension or renewal
•Provides guidance on contract matters to internal stakeholders or other operational staff in 
    contracting practices and procedures
•Works with Risk Management to coordinate liability and business risks
Candidate Profile
•University degree in Management, Finance or Business Administration. Master’s Degree  will be a plus
•Five (5) years of working experience in contracts management 
•Knowledge of the Contract Life Cycle
•Demonstrable working experience with NDA’s, Letters of Guarantee
•Excellent knowledge of written / spoken Greek and English
•Ms Office Proficiency
•Strong communication and organizational skills 
•Attention to detail, initiative to improve policies and practices
•Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and strong decision-making capability to handle critical situations 
•Team spirit, flexibility and adaptability
