Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a  leading Facilities Management company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
IT Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
•    Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair.
•    Performing routine audits of systems and software. 
•    Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software. 
•    Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software, and databases. 
•    Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies. 
•    Having excellent time management, confidentiality & communication skills. 
•    Having strong IT, commercial, planning and budgeting skills. 
•    Management of server software and associated backup routines. 
•    To evaluate, test, advise, train and support IT related projects. 
•    Procurement of IT hardware, software, and maintenance products & services. 
•    Responsible for the IT training of new staff. 
•    Writing documentation for IT procedures, security, and disaster recovery. Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems.
•    Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including firewalls, servers, switches, and telephony.
•    Inventory Management (Servers, Workstations, Mobile etc.)
•    IT Strategic thinking including local policies, networking policies, devices policies etc. 
•    IT Solutions maker, self-motivate and innovate
CANDIDATE PROFILE

•    BSc Degree in Computer Science or related field
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Manager or similar level role
•    High skilled hardware knowledge including installations, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and critical solving for all (servers, workstations, switches, routers, multifunctional devices etc.) 
•    High skilled software knowledge including installations, configuration, troubleshooting and critical solving for all Microsoft Office 365 applications etc.  
•    1st level support for more than 110 Users and more than 15 geographic locations.   
•    High skilled knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 application including Power BI, PowerApps and MS Access.
•    High skilled knowledge of corporation backup procedures including Microsoft Backup / MSQL Backup / MySQL Backup etc.
