Company Affairs Employee 

Job Description

•    Management of the e-protocol office registration
•    Internal Communication, correspondence and corporate e-mails management
•    Translation of corporate documents in Greek & English
•    Management of press review for Unit Managers
•    Administrative support and call center management 
•    Daily monitoring and reading of newspapers and websites of specific energy interest (international geopolitics, institutional and legal issues) related to gas and electricity
•    Settlement of all issues concerning the Corporate Affairs Department

Candidate Profile
•    At least 1 year of work experience in administration position 
•    Bachelor’s or College degree 
•    Very good use of English language (both oral and written)
•    Very good knowledge of MS Office
•    Communication and organizational skills 
•    Confidential and trustworthy character
•    Ability to work under high pressure
