ENISA ICT officer and Helpdesk - 1st level IT Support

ENISA ICT officer and Helpdesk - 1st level IT Support
(Short Term Contract with possibility of extension)

Job description
•    Provide First level of support to users on Hardware, Software and LAN in the form of IT Helpdesk Tickets
•    Offer proactive support to users by update all users’ applications with the latest service packs and patches using SCCM
•    Create, deploy Win10 images and software packages using SCCM
•    Ensure that all operating policies and processes are followed and report any issues
•    Maintain performance and SLA adherence
•    Configure, troubleshoot, repair and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical problems while ensuring user satisfaction
•    Participate in evaluating training needs and teach or assist training courses
•    Set up accounts and workstations with required permissions (application-level, Active Directory)
•    Ensure that all operating policies and processes are followed and report any issues
•    Setup and maintain physical and virtual environments for Desktops & Laptops
•    Investigate, test, install and upgrade new and hardware/software products
•    Administration and support of Teleconference/Video-conference (Polycom, webex, Skype for Business)
•    Troubleshooting of network printers and other peripherals
•    Assist with other tasks as determined by the IT Coordinator
Candidate Profile

•    Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar end-user support role in Windows infrastructure with exposure to Incident Management and/or IT ticketing systems
•    Experience in Environments with >50 users
•    Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English. Requested Level B2.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Skype for Business 2016 and WebEx.
•    Good knowledge of creating, deploying, updating win10 images and software packages using MS SCCM
•    Knowledge of Antivirus software, Active Directory and windows servers management
•    Basic networking (TCP-IP) knowledge and skills
