Digital Reception Agent (Ticket/ Chat)
Job description
• Effectively communicate with guests through Chat, Ticketing and phone calls when needed
• Effectively communicate with turnover and other contractors
• Ensure completion and quality of turnover task
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor degree in tourism or business field would be an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Previous experience in call center is an advantage
• Ability to multitask
• Possibility of working in night shift and weekends
• Passion to learn and grow
• Strong team player
