Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational services company, a dynamic and flexible professional to cover the following position:
 
Human Resources & Payroll Specialist (based in Thessaloniki)
 
Job description
 
  • Ensure the smooth Employee Lifecycle processes (onboarding, orientation, employee support, promotions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, off-boarding/terminations, payroll, benefits)
  • Support in the writing, maintenance and deployment of people policies, manager guides and training sessions for team leads
  • Provide a high-level of support to our employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy for monthly payroll served by external service provider (including Collecting the data input and solving payslips related quires)
  • Close and cooperative collaboration with managers and other support functions (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Finance)
  • Ensure the HR systems accuracy and HR/payroll data completion
  • Preparing the reports, statistics and evaluations 

 
 
 
Candidate Profile
 
  • High school with leaving examination (preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline)
  • At least 1+ year demonstrable work experience in Human Resources/Payroll
  • At least basic knowledge and understanding of the Greek Labor Law and HR/Payroll procedures and regulations
  • Experience working in international and/or fast pasted changing work environment would be an advantage
  • Work experience in a services industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Native Greek and fluent in English (B2), knowledge of German language would be an advantage
  • Team player with good communication skills, mixture of empathy and assertiveness
  • Hands on approach, well organized and structured, eye for a detail
