German Speaking Call Center Trainer (Based in Thessaloniki)
Job Description
• Deliver new hire training and other departmental training programs
• Contribute to the overall success of the Training Dept
• Assist in daily administration of a Learning Management System
• Develop digital and print educational material
• Organize classroom-style seminars about product features and sales techniques
• Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management)
• Identify individual and team skills gaps
• Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching
• Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction
• Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
Candidate Profile
• Professional experience in designing and implementing training content in call centres
• AEI/TEI/IEK degree
• Strong German & English language skills (both oral and written)
• Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
• High willingness to perform and take responsibility as well as initiative
• Professional handling of common office applications (MS Word, Excel) and the Internet is a prerequisite
