Job Description
•    Answer incoming phone calls and resolves clients’ problems  
•    Provide accurate and complete information
•    Meet customer service team’s and call handling targets 
•    Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies 
Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Proven experience of at least one (1) year in customer service 
•    Good knowledge (oral and written) in English language 
•    Computer literacy, including MS Office applications
•    Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
