Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational IT consulting company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position.
Office Assistant (Kifissia)
Job Description:
• Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manages executives’ calendars and sets up meetings.
• Makes travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Tracks daily expenses and prepares weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
• Oversees the performance of other clerical staff.
• Formats information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Screens and directs phone calls and distributes correspondence.
• Organizes and maintains the office filing system.
 Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree 
• Preferably (2) years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or similar customer-oriented role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal & written)
• Customer focused attitude
• Well-organized
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
