Brokers (Retention trainees)
Job description
• Managing and enhancing customer relationships
• Identifying potential customers and increasing their portfolio capital
• Education of customers on the financial market from a to z
• Managing customer’s funds and building for them financial plans for retirement and future investments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies
Candidate profile
• A degree in Finance or Economics or Business
• Experience in call centers will be considered a plus
• Financial market knowledge and trading will be highly appreciated
• Experience in management of client funds is a plus
• Fluency in English is of utmost importance as our clientele is strictly English speaking
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
