Business Development Manager (Agia Paraskevi)
Job Description
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, including:
Tender presales support and registration
Partner trainings and events participation
Special projects (telemarketing, end-user approach)
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Work closely with the Product Management and Sales Teams to develop account-specific sales strategies.
• Monitor & analyze competitor’s sales and marketing activities and promotion
strategies.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned client accounts.
• Provide clients with insights and recommendations on product selection and trends.
• Fulfil company monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and targets in accordance to
local and global KPI.
• Be involved in weekly Sales & Strategic meetings with the purpose of being fully
capable to come up with creative content for the end user engagement in line with
current and long-term company plans.
• Report on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities plan.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, IT products, and emerging technologies.
Candidate Profile
• University degree (preferably in Science or Engineering).
• Experience in an IT company in a relevant position in networks and
telecommunications.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in communication and collaborative spirit.
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
