Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece Group, is looking for people to staff the following position:
Enterprise Technical Support
Job Description
The scope of the role is to provide technical support to enterprise customers of Vodafone directly or to other teams that supports those customers (for voice and data services). All these connections are served through our Metro Ethernet, microwave, PSTN and GSM networks and the role is responsible to ensure the availability and quality of services for all these connections, from the customer's endpoint to Vodafone production networks (IMS network for Voice or ISP network for Internet etc.).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues which arise after service activation.
• Perform all required actions to support Legacy Services to customer, also doing all Vodafone internal coordination activities that follow the troubleshooting process.
• Organize field technician visits to customer premises in order to perform all appropriate actions.
• Perform Services Proactive Monitoring and run health checks.
• Send technical incident reports to Business customers.
Candidate Profile
• 2- 3 years of experience in troubleshooting of Transmission/Transport and IP Networks.
• Familiar with SDWAN technology.
• Technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics, and computing.
• Excellent knowledge of LAN and WAN network topologies at layers 1,2 and 3 of the OSI model.
• Ability to debug TCP/IP suite protocols.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation.
• Ability to retain knowledge and crossmatch new problems with previous ones (Problem-solving skills).
• Broad experience of supporting major corporate customers.
• Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
