Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leading shipping company for a dynamic professional to cover the following position based in southern suburbs of Attica:
 
                                             HR Manager 
 Job Description
•Design and manage HR strategy (with policies & procedures) and relevant HR Budget  
•Design, maintain and implement HR practices in compliance with relevant labor laws
•Design, maintain and implement Personnel Handbook
•Identify staffing needs and manage the creation of job descriptions
•Develop, implement and manage talent identification program
•Design and manage personnel recruitment hiring, onboarding and exit process
•Monitor remuneration/benefit packages across industry and evaluate effectiveness in company
•Design and manage personnel performance review program
•Design and manage personnel wellness
•Monitor and consult personnel on interpersonal relations
•Design, manage and implement shore personnel’s training programs and teambuilding events 
•Enhance Line Managers’ HR capabilities with various HR initiatives 
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related subjects. MBA or MSc title will be considered as an asset
•At least (5) years previous experience in HR field as Senior HR Generalist or three (3) years as HR BP from a well-structured medium size commercial or services company
•Ability to architect strategy with significant experience in HR best practices
•Proven experience with relevant labor regulation
•Excellent computer literacy
•Fluency in spoken and written Greek and English 
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
•Advanced people management skills
•Very good negotiation skills and decision-making ability
•Independent and resourceful person
•Thorough and methodical with attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
•Team spirit person 
•Adaptable to change and possess a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
