Adecco on behalf of ENISA, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity, and the centre of expertise for cyber security in Europe, is seeking to recruit a highly driven candidate for the following position based in Athens:

Administrative Assistant 
(Short Term Contract with possibility of Extension)
Main duties include:
•    Providing overall administrative and logistical assistance to an assigned Unit/Team as requested by the Head of EDO.
•    Assisting in the organization, coordination and drafting of technical documentation, keep track of work in progress / deadlines and ensure proper follow-up, including support to the ENISA Management Team.
•    Provide logistical and administrative support when organizing meetings, travel, missions, conferences, workshops and trainings (including facilities arrangements).
•    Assisting in the financial administration of meetings, missions, conferences, workshops and trainings (including reimbursement of related expenses).
•    Preparing meeting agendas, documents and presentations, coordinate schedules, and draft of meeting minutes.
•    Supporting the maintenance of data related to stakeholders and activities of the unit or team concerned, and set up and maintain effective filing systems, also via dedicated tools used at ENISA.
•    Responding to queries and requests for information and documentation whilst exercising tact, discretion and ensuring confidentiality.
•    Participating and supporting ad-hoc projects related to areas of responsibilities within the team or unit.
•    Taking on additional responsibilities as required in the interest of ENISA.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor's Degree and related work experience of at least 1 year in administrative tasks.
•    Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
•    Strong planning and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
•    Experience working in EU institutions, or International Organisations would be considered an asset.
•    Ability to work well under pressure and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
