Crew Operator (North suburbs)
Job Description
•Responsible for the travel arrangement of the embarking and disembarking crew including Air
•Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation etc
•Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties
•Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate qualification documents)
•Assist on all crew issues
•Perform data-entry, recording and filing duties
•Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor's degree holder
•3 to 5 years working experience in a similar role
•Excellent MS office skills
•Very good command in English language (both written and oral)
•Proactive, take initiative and well-organized
•Able to work fast under pressure
•Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
