Customer Service Support (Slovenian Speaker)

Job Description

•    Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries by telephone and email
•    Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
•    Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
•    Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•    Take the extra mile to engage customers
•    Ensure on time delivery/shipment of products

Candidate Profile

•    Fluency in Slovenian language (oral and written)
•    Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
•    Conversational English language skills (B1, B2 or higher)
•    Ability to use smart phones, internet applications and MS Office
•    Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters
