Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known furniture collections company, for dynamic professionals to cover the following position.
Store Manager (Thessaloniki)
Job description:
• Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic & optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating & mentoring sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration & ensure compliance with policies /procedures
• Contact & close partnerships with architecture offices / construction companies
• Maintain outstanding store condition & visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends/ customer needs/profits
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs & build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
Candidate profile:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with interior design sector
• Approximately 2-3 years experience in a same role
• Excellent command of English (multilingualism will be considered a plus)
• PC literate (MS Office)
• Solid knowledge of computer administration systems (ERP)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation skills
