Administrative Assistant
Job Description
• Handles incoming calls, emails and requests
• Orders intake (in person, via phone), data entry and invoicing
• Cashier Management
• Welcomes visitors
• Taking over of daily office administrative tasks
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience of at least one (1) year as an Administrative Assistant
• PC literate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work in two shifts (9:00 – 18:30/ 10:00 – 17:00)
