HR Administrator
(Kerkyra)
Job Description
•    First screening and assessment of job candidates
•    Completing paperwork for new hires 
•    Onboarding new hires 
•    Scheduling trainings for all employees
•    Organizing employee training records 
•    Maintaining current HR files and databases
•    Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
•    Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
•    Providing administrative support at the HR department 

Candidate Profile
•    1 – 3 years of relevant working experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
•    Master’s degree would be an asset.
•    Basic Knowledge of Labor & Insurance legislation 
•    Proficiency in MS Office
•    Fluency in English and Greek (both spoken and written)
•    Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
•    Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
•    Team player with empathy and ability to work under pressure 
•    ERP knowledge (Pylon -Epsilon Net) will be considered an asset
•    Familiarization with information system ERGANI will be considered an asset
