Job description
• Studying the business requirements, end-to-end systems analysis, including high-level, functional, and technical characterization
• Planning, leading, organizing and controlling multiple IT projects according to an approved scope and schedule
• Writing detailed technological characterization documents including analysis of the core processes, interfaces, etc.
• Management of the ERP system - includes the implementation of all change requests, support, and training for all users
• Work on integrative, cross-disciplinary, and cross-platform systems
• Ability to manage and lead projects in front of various entities
• Accompanying the development, integration, and implementation stages throughout the life cycle of the various products
• Providing a response to malfunctions and ongoing requirements
• Establishment of applicative infrastructures including experience with advanced technologies
• Planning and implementing digital improvements in the organization
• Third-party service suppliers’ management and control
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field
• Specialization in Information Technologies (IT) will be considered an asset
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and in writing detailed technological & functional characteristics (mandatory)
• At least one year of proven experience in project management (mandatory)
• Experience in Business Analysis in the BI field - will be considered an advantage
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into complete solutions for the users
• Very high service consciousness & good interpersonal skills
• Very high availability
