(Junior) Key Account Manager (Cyprus)

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, Henkel Cyprus, a multinational FMCG company, leader in the laundry and cosmetics sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position for its offices in Nicosia:
The job holder will be a member of the Sales team Consumer Brands Cyprus and will report to National Account Manager Greece & Cyprus.
Job Description
•Initiate /maintain and negotiate / implement and monitor annual detailed accounts plans
•Monitor trade budget to ensure alignment on spending within accounts
•Plan & monitor business KPIs (NES, profitability) per account
•Understand of account processes & identify opportunities and business initiatives
•Promotion planning and execution monitoring to ensure in-store excellence
•Ensure full customer compliance with actions agreed
•Improve & maintain influential interface with company using problem solving
•Coordinate Customer /Channel focused team(s) /project(s)
•Promote customer long tern partnership building
•Active participation in the sales management processes and tasks
•Guarantee clarity and timely controls
Candidate profile
•University Degree in Business Administration, Finance. Master’s title will be considered as an asset
•Two (2) to three (3) years of proven sales experience in FMCG sector, preferably in cosmetics or laundry products
•Proven track record in Field Sales within the Cypriot business market
•Proficient knowledge of English language
•Advanced MS Office knowledge
•Strong negotiation and influencing skills
•Strategic perspective
•Strong numerical comprehension/analytical,
•Presentation and communication skills
