Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company in the FMCG sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position based in Athens:
                                    Operations Leader - Cyber Platforms
The job holder will be responsible to manage, monitor, control & improve all cyber security services by external providers and support all cyber security products (compliance, protection, detection and response products). He/she will have to analyse, improve and manage activities for better management of the incoming Incidents, Service Requests & Changes, and ensure that all requests in the respective area are completed in a timely and high-quality manner. The job incumbent will report to Cyber Security Operations Technical Manager.
Job Description

•Participates in product team routines, contributes on planning and drives the operations related Epics, Features and efforts (agile ways of working)
•Collaborates with Product Managers to prioritize support-related backlog items
•Manages end to end all IT Service Management and Vendor Management processes
•Continues monitoring of INC /Service Request & Problem management process, product performance & Availability, HC & vulnerability management. Addresses discrepancies or under performance with the respective company’s IT teams or Vendors 
•Conducts service review meetings, review performance KBIs, SLA and system availability.
•Ensures the quality of delivered services for the respective areas is in accordance with the SLAs.
•Drives continuous improvement process and lead service improvement plans
•Ensures service providers are working on right priorities
•Leads contract discussions for Support Services, ensuring integrator that has end-to-end coordination and not just for components of the solution
•Provides RFP/RFQ Ops requirements and minimum standards
•Ensures support is enabled prior cyber product delivery to production
•Acts as escalation point of contact in case of Major crisis and engage Product manager and business continuity team (relates to products related incident and not security related incident)
•Commissioning, decommissioning, upgrade to ensure that all software components will not become End Of Life (Operating System, database, encryption protocols, application components, webservers (if used)  
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT systems or related qualification 
•At least five (5) years working experience in roles related to IT service management and vendor management
•Proven experience in international multivendor environment with agile way of working
•Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity platforms
•Fluency in English and Greek
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•EU Citizen
