Corporate Pensions Technical Employee
Job Description
The Corporate Pensions Τechnical employee is accountable to support group pensions portfolio, implement group pensions strategic initiatives and support the achievement of departments financial objectives.

• Issuance of insurance policy terms, endorsements, and Commission Agreements 
• Issuance of communication materials (forms, booklets, clients and mgt presentations) 
• Portfolio due diligence by collecting background clients’ information and assessments of risk 
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations, as needed 
• Coordinate with internal departments legal, investments, tax, risk, actuarial, product, POS and corporate sales to resolve business issues 
• Liaise with distribution channels and corporate clients and keep strong relationships with clients 
• Develop a trusted technical advisor relationship with key accounts 
• Preparing market surveys 
• Integration with NN 
• Annual renewals propositions preparation and communication with portfolio 
• Financial Reporting and analysis 
• Budget Planning 
• Proposal & Bids issue 
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment 
• Keeps close monitoring on competition activities 
• Participate in meetings with new clients in cooperation with sales 
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree is required (Postgraduate degree will be appreciated) 
• Professional experience in technical positions will be appreciated 
• At least 2 years of working experience 
• Fluent English 
• Advanced user of MS Office 
• Ability to act with professionalism and integrity 
• Able to work independently 
• Strong analytical skills / good judgment /Problem solving 
• Good planning and organizing skills / Result driven 
• Customer oriented attitude /Team player 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills / Positive attitude 
• Ability to work under pressure
