Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
HR Reporting & Analysis Specialist
Job Description (Marousi)
• Analyses and reports on HR processes and data
• Participates in rewards cycle with calculation of bonuses
• Forecasts costs by department and helps create budgets
• Supports the target actuals of each month
• Collaborates effectively with the Finance department
• Participates in ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Economics, Business Finance, Accounting, Statistics
• MSc will be considered as an asset
• 1-2 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Finance Analysis, Rewards Analysis, HR Administration, Reporting or similar
• Excellent use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid time and project management skills
