Job Description
•Provide quality customer service to customers
•Respond to and resolve the needs of customers via routine Contact Centre &
Digital Communications enquiries
•Provide customer with information about products and services
Candidate Profile
•Previous similar experience in Banking Sector
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Economics or relevant
•Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
•Fluency in English is a must
•PC literate (MS-Office suite)
•Communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
•Ability to work under pressure, commitment to business target
