Assistant Store Manager (MacArthur)
Job description:
• Responsible for the detection, anticipation and awareness of the customers’ needs and market trends
• Analyze the sales reports and facilitate weekly commercial meetings
• Stock management and rotation control
• Plan and organize the sales periods and new season launch in advance
• Responsible for the image of the shop
• Co-work and support visual merchandiser
• Ensure the implementation of merchandising policy in the shop
• Ensure the storefront image
• Training and developing the team in visual merchandising
• Monitoring the customer service and the image of the staff
• Monitoring the timetables and planning to be sure shop have enough pure staff to operate
• Provide the best service in the store
• Apply customer service policies and procedures
• People management responsibilities
Candidate profile:
• Approximately 3-5 year experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team of individuals
• Fluent in English
• Proven track record of driving sales and profit, people development
• Minimum High School, Preferable university degree
• PC literate (MS Office)
