Job Description
•    Be accountable for taking the day-to-day legal activities and providing legal advice and consultation that includes all the aspects of the legal interpretation and guidance on all legal matters related to company activities in compliance with applicable national and international legislation
•    Review, drafting and negotiating of all types of contracts/agreements
•    Draft legal documents (indicatively, extrajudicial acts, complaints, lawsuits, petitions, appeals etc)
•    Provide counsel and guidance with regards to potential legal implications related to operational matters
•    Guard company against legal risks
•    Represent the Company in legal proceedings before any competent Body and Authority where legal representation may be required
•    Assist in the creation, organization, maintenance and archiving of legal files

Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a Greek University Law School
•    At least 3 years of proven working experience as a legal advisor in corporate environment, preferably in energy sector
•    Post graduate degree in law and energy would be an asset
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point)
•    Excellent command of Greek and English language, both written and oral 
•    Italian knowledge would be an asset
•    Knowledge of the national and EU power, gas and RES market legal and regulatory framework would be a strong asset
•    Experience in Data Protection/Data Privacy would be an asset
•    Ability to provide solution in problems
•    Reliability and confidentiality
•    High sense of responsibility
•    Team spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong organization and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Impeccable work ethics
•    Ability to multitask and work efficiently
