Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational communications and IT services provider, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Customer Care Administrator
Customer Care team is responsible for supporting Customer’s Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) provisioning and activation requests.
Working as part of a 24x7 on-call pattern and in line with standard operating procedures Customer Care Administrators will respond to and action requests to ensure service orders, questions, and concerns are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
By utilizing both in-house and vendor portals the Customer Care team will ensure Customer’s critical communications are online and operationally ready to support their business needs.
Job Description
•Provision of services. Prepare and submit orders in the portals
•INM-C Accounting Authority and PSA services. Prepare and submit documentation for Accounting Authority Services, Activate/ Deactivate terminals, liaise with Flags for vessel/ terminals under their authorization, update particulars and customer information and notify involved parties for terminals registration
•Create and update user accounts in the service portals for internal /external users
•Process prepay orders & crew calling requests
•Process mail account request
•Create Jobs in Navision for items to be invoiced.
•Maintain internal and external professional relationships
•Encompass company’s values in everyday activities
Candidate Profile
•At least 2 years of similar experience
•Secondary education or Higher Degree
•Written and verbal communication skills both in English and Greek languages
•Experience in Microsoft products
•PC experience in a Windows operating environment
•Experience with Satellite communication products
•Experience in Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya, Telenor and Faria products will be considered a plus
•Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
•Shows Initiative, Team player
•Availability for 24/7 on-call rotation shift
•Passionate about delivering a first-rate customer experience
•Ability to work independently with little direction
•Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable attitude and discretion in a multi-cultural environment
•Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information
