Job Description
• Supervision of an inbound team of up to 15 employees
• Preparation of key figures as a basis for your decisions
• Ensuring the optimal service of the team
• Implementation of the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the client
• Development and motivation of the employees
Candidate Profile
• Excellent knowledge in German (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of English will be considered as an asset
• Experience at least 1 (one) year in a call center
• Relevant experience in employee management
• Proffesional handling of MS Office (Word,Excel)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong communication skills
