Clubhouse/Office Manager
Job Description
•    Welcome club members and facilitate them during their stay 
•    Be responsible for the facilities and ensure proper the operation 
•    Respond to incoming calls & emails 
•    Be responsible for supplies (e.g. member amenities) 
•    Coordinate and plan events 
Candidate Profile
•    Five (5) years of relevant experience ideally in the hospitality sector 
•    Strong academic background
•    Fluency in English (both oral and written) 
•    Fully reliable and capable of keeping confidentiality of information. 
•    Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 
•    Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads 
•    Customer – oriented mentality 
•    Good teamworking skills, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. 
•    PC Literate
