Customer Care Representative- Supply Chain

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of General Mills, a multinational FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Customer Service Representative- Supply Chain 
Job Description
•    Receives orders
•    Communicates loading dates and quantity discrepancies with the Company’s plants and Co-packers
•    Obtains documentation approval
•    Resolves problems, or escalates as required
•    First point for contact for all customer services matters
•    Enters distributor orders in the system
•    Resolves short supply issues with plants and Co-packers
•    Liaises with production plants/Co Packers for loading and documentation
•    Processes orders through to billing
•    Collects documentation and forwards to distributors 
•    Informs distributors regarding delivery days
•    Books the loadings for orders from Company’s plants
•    Monthly sales progress (during the month)
•    Revenue recognition (invoice date control) where applicable for the orders
Candidate Profile
•    University Degree in Business or related field
•    3+ years of experience in a broad Supply Chain role with a multinational/ FMCG company
•    SAP and BW knowledge
•    Ability to work in a diverse environment with many different cultures
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge
•    Proactive approach, results orientation
•    Ability to influence at various levels
•    Fluent English
