Medical Service Specialist Supervisor
Job Description
• Support through the call center patients regarding drugs, symptoms and giving general advice,
• Operational management of specific programs to ensure that client goals and objectives are met,
• Managing assigned support staff,
• Handles routine and escalated phone calls as necessary,
• Ensure that production and quality expectations are met per program requirements,
• Ensure that daily/weekly statistical project reports are updated, accurate and delivered on time,
• Coach and develop representatives and help them to set up development plans and objectives
Candidate Profile
• Native Greek speakers with English proficiency B2+ (able to read, write and speak both languages),
• Degree educated candidate with experience in pharma industry or 2+ years in a life science career,
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical & telemarketing management experience preferred.
• Very good command of PC (Office Suite),
• Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented
