 Sales Operations Assistant 
Job Description
• Sales operations function as an advocate for the sales team.
• Sales ops are in place to help sales representatives become more efficient.
• Managing and reporting sales data
• Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship 
management platforms such as Salesforce), often in collaboration with IT
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Candidate Profile 
• 2-3 years of similar position
• BSc in Business Administration or equivalent
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel & 
PowerPoint in particular)
• Project management and sense of urgency skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek
• Strong operational skills
• Passion for quality control and productivity
• Love for working in a structured environment
