Senior Internal Events Officer (maternity cover)
Job description
• Coordinate event management logistics processes for internal events and functions,
including physical and virtual handling of paperwork, materials and vendors
• Monitor the volunteer events and initiatives (logistics & management)
• Project manage and coordinate internal surveys of various scales
• Budget monitoring and updating in coordination with unit and team manager
• Involved in copy writing, as well as reviewing the material
• Vendor sourcing, screening and management
Candidate profile
• University or bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing
• Relevant professional experience from 5 to 7 years
• Excellent use of the MS Office suite
• Very good communication skills in English, both in writing and verbally
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong agility, problem-solving orientation and can-do attitude
