Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a  leading worldwide company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
On Line Casino - Promotions Executive
The role will involve being part of the promotions team, delivering and deciding the strategy for all retention and reactivation. As a Promotions Executive, the person will be heavily involved in coordinating and creating promotional activities, ensuring that the best channels are utilized to boost campaign performance. 
The tasks include monitoring campaigns and optimizing bonus spend so it reaches the correct audiences. 
Key Responsibilities 
•    Work with the team to create and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns that drive daily actives, retention rates and commercial uplift.
•    Able to methodically plan, create and optimize all sports campaigns in conjunction with the regional and international sporting calendar and product launches.
•    Work closely with the CRM team and set-up the promotional activities with the CRM calendar.
•    Review existing offers for potential to improve on performance.
•    Keep in close sync with the Trading team to target high-profile events with attractive price boosts in an effort to claim share of market during peak activity periods.
•    Work in conjunction with the Insights team to deep dive into customer behaviors, which will help to define future plans.
•    Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (i.e. Product, Legal & Compliance, Copywriting and Design).
•    Monitor current performance and suggest actions to reach monthly targets when needed.
•    Monthly benchmarking of competitor promotional plans and recommendations on what we should be implementing.
•    Preparing the promotional calendars monthly for casino and sports-book, and managing and coordinating their implementation and progress.
•    Discussing with the platform in terms of types of campaigns that can be created with a monthly update of anything new and pre-define the type of campaigns that can be created based on existing infrastructure. 
•    Brief the agency in terms of promotional activities required per month and coordinate the proposals and execution of the campaigns. 
•    Prepare monthly presentations of the plan and present to marketing team and abroad. 
•    Work with the loyalty team to discuss loyalty campaigns for retention based on the established loyalty plan.
