Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational services company, a dynamic and flexible professional to cover the following position:
 
Human Resources Manager (based in Thessaloniki)
 
Job description
 
  • Act as a Business Partner to the management in regard to HR related matters, advise, recommend new approaches and procedures in order to improve business processes and efficiency
  • Support the management with the labor legal related issues and ensure the legal compliance within the Company 
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Introduce the smooth Employee Life-cycle for the operation of approximately 300 employees (onboarding, orientation, employee support, promotions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, off-boarding/terminations, payroll, benefits)
  • Support the business with all day to day HR activities managing a team of 2
  • Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service
  • Ensure a close and cooperative collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Operations and Finance teams on people strategy delivery
  • Manage the internal communication regarding various HR related aspects
  • Create and manage well-being and HR campaigns
  • Support the business with GDPR and Health and Safety requirements

 
 
Candidate Profile
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5+ years’ demonstrable work experience in management of Human Resources
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Experience working in fast pasted changing work environment
  • Experience working in an international environment (matrix organization) would be an advantage
  • Work experience in a services industry would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Greek Labor Law and relevant regulations (with special attention to employment of foreigners in Greece would be an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Native Greek and fluent in English (B2), knowledge of German language would be an advantage
  • Team player with good influencing and communication skills, mixture of empathy and assertiveness
  • Ability to have a hands-on approach and work with targets
  • Awareness of GDPR and Health and safety local regulations
