Reservations Sales Agent
Job description
• Provide travel information, itineraries and prices
• Use selling techniques to promote packages, insurances etc
• Handling customer complaints or concerns
• Counsel clients on terms and conditions of travel and cancellation policies
• Book reservations and send out confirmation notices
• Process payments and refunds
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor degree preferable in tourism or business field
• Work experience in tourism industry
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Fluent in Spanish (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
